im depress.

im angry.

im moodless.

im tired.



i've never wanted to be a waitress last time cos i dont like to see myself serving ppl.one year ago,NOVEMBER 2006,after my olevels,meiting brought me and a whole group of siglapians to join her in banquet.thats the time i reluctantly start off my career as a waitress.



i was all blur and i remembered clearly weijie requested to be my partner on the first day of work.my first experience was in vista room,quite a pleasant one actually.



slowly as days go by,i start to enjoy serving my guests.seeing them smile and enjoying themselves with the services make me feel a sense of accomplishment.



one year down the road,i've learnt alot,and i really mean ALOT of things which cannot be found in books.chinese set-up,buffet set-up,western set-up,meetings set-up,coffee break,different ways of folding napkins,handling different kinds of people,rolling tables,etc...



one year down the road,things've changed.

managers leave,

new ones come.

left with the pathetic few who continued staying ):

everyone dread going to work now,

compared to last time,where there's always laughter and joy.



thanks to this place i've got to know many good friends,memories,fun,joy,miscommunications,laughter.

its just like a second home to me for the past one year.



i miss the place.

i miss travelling to orchard every now and then.

i miss the ballroom.

i miss panorama.

i miss vacuuming at 5th floor.

i miss wiping the glasses.

i miss doing OTs.

i miss the aunties working with us.

i miss the soundmen.

i miss the managers.

i miss the chefs.

i miss the food.

i miss the stewards.

i miss waiting for the lift.

i miss the briefing times.

i miss the cookies and bananas.

i miss HILTON SINGAPORE.......



i guess u must be feeling very happy now uh,to have succeeded in chasing us away! i'll see how long u can continue to work there.everything's in chaos now.u'll have mountain piles of complain letters to answer to.hahaha.all the best to u zookeeper!so much for lying to say tt u've sent ALOT of staffs upstairs yesterday instead of letting them go up to help.poor timothy have to work 1 to 3 tables.

i hope the F&B will clearly see how this manager works.and expose his daylight cheating!!!! such a person who cheats on poor aunty salary.dont u feel shame!!dont think tt aunty are dumb ok,they've brains and at least they have the brains to think unlike u!



there's no point trying to explain.this creature will put the blame on someone else.yes,we understand tt u're on SO MUCH PRESSURE.
